• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the preferred document for Pakistani players;

Deposits:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider;
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed on the same business day;
• sv777 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• sv777 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account if it has reason to believe the deposit was made from a fraudulently obtained payment account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within five to fifteen minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances;
• sv777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially inconsistent with your normal account activity.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and cannot be transferred to your withdrawable Balance until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

General bonus terms that apply to all sv777 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per individual, household, device, and payment method;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sv777 platform. sv777 reserves the right to permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following behaviours, forfeiting all Account balances in such cases:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sv777 platform in any capacity;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other Players for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in charge-backs, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in respect of deposits made to sv777 without first contacting sv777 support to resolve the matter;

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may request closure of your sv777 Account at any time by contacting sv777 support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance in your Account will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

sv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice if:

• sv777 has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• sv777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority;
• sv777 identifies unusual account activity that warrants investigation under its anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations;

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by you, sv777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds — in such Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sv777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the sv777 platform.
